Voucher Tracking

Beginning August 2008 WV Public Defender Services will be paying one voucher per one WVFIMS Transmittal. Our office will not be mailing statement letters.

To track each payment on each case, go to the WV State Auditor's website: https://www.wvsao.gov/vista/login.asp.

  • Click on VISTA Home

  • Click on Public Access

  • Click on Search for Vendor

 

  1. Type in your FIMS VENDOR NUMBER or VENDOR NAME

  2. Click on blue Search button

  3. Now click on blue vendor number

  4. Click on blue WVFIMS invoice number...............under the COMMENTS line the case number will appear
